Sara Ramirez
Sara Ramirez was born in Mexico. She's an American-Mexican actress. She sings as well. Sara Ramirez was brought up with her American mother. She faced a lot racial taunts and led her to feel unwelcome. It was during her ninth grade that she gained confidence after being highly praised at an audition. She not only gained confidence through the audition and gained experience, but also changed her career goals. At the age of 22, she was able to graduate from in the Julliard School of New York. She was 23 when she had her first Broadway show with Paul Simon's The Capeman, and her film debut You've Got Mail were both major break. Her greatest break came in the role of The Lady of The Lake in the first Broadway adaptation of Spamalot. The show won her the Tony Award and received great praise for the role. The following year, she appeared as Callie Torres on Grey's Anatomy for ABC the show, she received more recognition. In addition to being an acclaimed singer she also released her own solo album and an extended piece. She has also spoken out in support of LGBT concerns.
